ORIGINAL PUZZLE
Incident Report
Patient Archie Dyer was admitted to the hospital in March 2022 suffering from extreme agoraphobia. The patient also exhibits a fear of cats after a childhood incident.
Unfortunately the patient's experience here was not to the high standard we expect. The patient's current medication was not taken into account, leading to them suffering avoidable side effects including unbearable dizziness.
Given this experience, what do we need to improve?

Clicking/touching on the hidden parts of the original incident report revealed them for all to see! Taking the bold-type letters from each hidden section shows that the hospital really needs to improve its REDACTION.
